SC(B)13 Cast Resin Dry-Type Transformer

SCB13-1000/10 epoxy resin cast-in-place dry-type transformer, 1000kVA, 10.5/0.4kV, fireproof, low-noise, low-partial discharge, compliant with IEC 60076-11, suitable for data centers, hospitals, and commercial buildings.

The SCB13-1000/10 dry-type transformer uses epoxy resin vacuum casting technology, with a rated capacity of 1000 kVA and voltage combinations of 10.5/0.4 kV. The coil has strong integrity and low partial discharge, featuring fire resistance, moisture resistance, and maintenance-free characteristics, making it the preferred power distribution choice in densely populated places such as data centers, hospitals, subways, and commercial buildings.

The

focus of dry-type transformer acceptance is on safety and noise: epoxy casting structures with self-extinguishing and no risk of oil leakage; Noise and partial discharge are hard requirements for data centers and hospitals—products focus on low-noise at three stages: core joints, clamping fastening, and winding compression, combined with optimized assembly processes to reduce noise to acceptable building limits; Partial discharge is controlled by the consistency process between vacuum pouring and curing curves.

Key parameters are listed below in the parameter table; The SCB series covers capacities ranging from 315 to 4000 kVA, with optional low-loss dry transformers for SCBH15/SCBH17 amorphous alloys.

Environmental adaptation: Tropical high-humidity regions provide moisture-proof heating and anti-condensation designs; IP54 enclosure available for dusty regions; The coastal salt spray station provides conformal coatings and stainless steel fastener configurations. The enclosure can be delivered with integrated cabinet solutions, and the compressor room occupies space.

The products comply with IEC 60076-11 and GB 1094.11 requirements, with each unit undergoing routine testing before leaving the factory and type testing and third-party witness testing as needed; Supports 50/60Hz grid and multi-voltage combination non-standard customization.

Quality control spans the entire manufacturing chain: coiled silicon steel is inspected step by step by section according to process cards for precise slitting and core stacking. After the automatic winding machine completes winding, it enters the assembly and vacuum coating (VPI) station, where routine tests are completed before leaving the factory and type tests and third-party witness can be arranged as needed—from material selection to traceable records of each process, everything is documented with the goods.

A point often overlooked when selecting models: the noise indicators for dry transformers should be considered together with the enclosure and air intake method—increasing the IP level raises the temperature and noise, so these must be calculated according to the data center layout. Under the data center's 2N architecture, the commitment to backup and rapid replacement has a greater impact on the entire lifecycle cost than single-machine parameters, so these constraints can be included in the quotation form during the quotation stage.

Export delivery is a daily routine for this product line: multilingual nameplates, CE and ISO system documents, and inspection report catalogs are all available at three granular levels: bidding, review, and factory inspection. Packaging and transportation are designed with both full container and split package schemes, with island logistics and lifting conditions incorporated into the boundary during the detailed drawing stage. The quality control foundation of National High-Tech Enterprises, National Energy-saving Product Promotion Enterprises, and qualified suppliers of State Grid/China Southern Power Grid also serves the review schedule of overseas projects.

Pain Points Solved

In densely populated places such as data centers and hospitals, fire resistance, low noise, and low partial discharge are included as hard acceptance criteria, making oil stains and maintenance burdens difficult to enter such scenarios.
