Product Overview

Our 110kV-class energy-saving oil-immersed power transformers feature low loss, low noise, low temperature rise, high reliability, no core lifting and zero leakage, with performance at the advanced level of comparable domestic products and substantial reductions in grid loss and operating cost. Applications: power plants, substations, wind/PV step-up stations, and large industrial & petrochemical enterprises.

Performance Features

• HV winding: multi-layer cylindrical or continuous design; LV winding (6300–80000kVA) cylindrical or helical;
• Core positioning and lock nuts enable transport and service without core lifting;
• Core of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel, full-miter stacked;
• Tank pre-assembled whole, leak-tested, then sandblasted to Sa2.5+ with protective coatings for harsh environments.
