Product Overview

The 40 MVA power transformer is a core mid-range rating of our 110kV-class energy-saving oil-immersed series (covering 6300–80000kVA) for regional grid hubs, industrial park intakes and renewable collection substations. The series is designed for low loss, low noise and low temperature rise, with no core lifting and zero leakage for a notably economical service life.

Performance Features

• Cylindrical/helical LV winding: high mechanical strength and short-circuit withstand;
• Core-and-coil positioning with lock nuts: transport and operation without core lifting;
• On-load (SZ) or off-circuit (S) tap changing for grid points with wide voltage swings;
• Online monitoring, conservator and cooling options per project.
