Product Overview

The 63 MVA power transformer is the 63000kVA rating of our 110kV-class energy-saving oil-immersed series — typical model SZ20-63000/115, connection group YNd11 — for power plants, substations, wind/PV step-up stations and large industrial & petrochemical consumers. The series features low loss, low noise, low temperature rise, high reliability, no core lifting and zero leakage.

Performance Features

• HV winding in multi-layer cylindrical or continuous design for improved impulse distribution;
• LV winding in cylindrical or helical design: high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turns, strong short-circuit withstand;
• Core-and-coil positioning plus lock nuts on all fasteners: no displacement in transport, no loosening in service — no core lifting required;
• Core stacked from high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with full-miter joints;
• Tank degreased, derusted and sandblasted before primer and topcoat — suitable for metallurgical, petrochemical and humid/polluted sites.
