SCBH17-2000/10-NX2 features an amorphous alloy core combined with epoxy cast winding. It has a rated capacity of 2000 kVA, a 10kV voltage level, and an NX2 low-noise design. Its no-load loss is more than 70% lower than that of the S13 series of silicon steel of the same capacity. It is particularly suitable for photovoltaic power stations with low load rates, data centers, and power distribution scenarios in commercial buildings where power is supplied continuously for long periods, offering significant energy-saving benefits throughout the entire life cycle.
The hysteresis loss and eddy current loss characteristics of the amorphous alloy strip determine its absolute advantage in no-load conditions where power consumption occurs immediately upon power on: for periods with many operating hours throughout the year and low average load rates, no-load loss dominates the annual power consumption. The energy-saving benefits of SCBH17 usually cover the additional investment within 2–3 years.

At the manufacturing level, the core grounding and low-noise clamping structure have been specially optimized, supporting the company's utility model patent "A Dry-Type Transformer with a Uniform Heat Dissipation Structure". Routine tests are completed before each unit leaves the factory, and actual measurement data on loss and noise are provided in the report.

Quality control covers the entire manufacturing process: the rolled silicon steel is precisely cut on the slitting line, the core assembly is inspected section by section according to the process checklist, the automatic winding machine completes the winding, then it enters the casing assembly and vacuum impregnation (VPI) station. Routine tests are completed before leaving the factory, and type tests and third-party verification can be arranged as needed—from material selection to traceable records of each process, all are provided in document form with the goods.
Complete the energy-saving calculation: In addition to the reduction in no-load loss, this report also provides actual noise measurements and loss tolerance ranges, enabling owners to directly include "energy-saving benefits" in investment decision documents.
