SC (B) 14 Type Cast Resin Dry-Type Transformer

Overview

The SC (B) 14 is the high-efficiency model of the SC(B) series, complying with GB/T 1094.11 and GB 20052-2020 Grade-1 energy efficiency. With high-permeability silicon steel cores and vacuum-cast epoxy resin windings, no-load loss is reduced by about 10% versus SC(B)13, with load loss optimized as well. It meets fire-safety, moisture-proof and low-noise requirements for indoor applications such as high-rise buildings, metro, hospitals and data centers.

• HV and LV windings wound with copper foil or wire, vacuum-cast with epoxy resin for low partial discharge and high mechanical strength;
• Cores stacked from high-grade cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with mitred joints, cutting no-load loss and current;
• Flame-retardant, oil-free and moisture-proof, stable operation in high-humidity environments with no fire or explosion risk;
• Temperature control with dual Pt100 / PTC sensing, optional three-color indicators and over-temperature alarm output;
• Lower noise than SC(B)13, suitable for noise-sensitive locations.
