YB-12/0.4-2500 Pre-assembled Substation | Oubian: Medium Voltage + Transformer + Low Voltage Integration

YB-12/0.4-2500 pre-assembled (European-style) substation, integrating high-voltage switchgear, transformer, and low-voltage distribution cabinets; delivered as a complete unit, with third-party inspection reports, suitable for rapid installation in industrial parks and urban distribution networks.

The YB-12/0.4-2500 pre-assembled substation is designed as a integrated system consisting of "high-voltage room + transformer room + low-voltage room". It is assembled, wired, and calibration tests completed in the factory. Once the entire unit is transported to the site, power can be supplied immediately, significantly reducing construction duration and coordination costs for overseas projects.

The enclosure supports combinations of medium voltage platforms of 11kV/12kV/24kV/33kV/35kV and low voltage of 0.4kV. The transformer can be equipped with oil-immersed or dry type units; on the low voltage side, metering, compensation, and protection units can be pre-installed according to local distribution standards. Third-party inspection reports cover models such as YB-12/0.4-2500 and YB-40.5/0.69-6500, which can be directly referenced for bid qualification pre-screening.

The key configurations and selection range are shown in the parameter table below.

Environmental adaptation: For island logistics scenarios, separate transportation and on-site quick installation solutions are provided; in high-temperature and dusty areas, enhanced heat dissipation and dust prevention structures are used; for coastal salt spray sites, anti-corrosion coatings and stainless steel fasteners are employed. The color and labeling of the enclosure are customized according to the standards of the country where the project is located.

Delivery support includes batch production scheduling and weekly production schedule synchronization, in line with EPC node schedules; random spare parts kits and installation and commissioning documents come with the enclosure. Nameplates and drawings are available in multiple languages.

Quality control covers the entire manufacturing process: rolled silicon steel is precisely cut on the slitting line, core stacking is inspected section by section according to the process cards, the automatic winding machine completes winding, then it enters the body assembly and vacuum impregnation (VPI) station. Routine tests are completed before leaving the factory, and type tests and third-party verification can be arranged as needed—from material selection to traceable records of each process, all are documented and sent with the product.

The value of rapid implementation is particularly evident in overseas projects: on-site electrical construction interfaces are reduced from "three professional intersections" to "installed in one go", saving both time and labor; the whole-unit structure requires prior preparation for transportation and lifting. The segmentation of the enclosure-transformer, base load distribution, and arrival route are locked in with the general contractor during the drawing stage, allowing power to be supplied immediately upon arrival.

Export delivery is a regular part of this product line: multi-language nameplates, CE and ISO system documents, and inspection report catalogs are prepared at three levels: bid, review, and factory inspection. Packaging and transportation are designed for either whole-unit or separate delivery options, and island logistics and lifting conditions are included in the detailed drawings stage. The quality control foundation of national high-tech enterprises, national energy-saving product promotion enterprises, and qualified suppliers of State Grid/China Southern Power Grid also serves the review timeline of overseas projects.

Packaging and transportation follow export practices: the main body is protected and bundled, accessories are shipped in wooden boxes, and packing lists and lifting instructions are provided with the goods; whole containers can be delivered in batches according to project schedules, and the sea transport period is provided together with the quotation to avoid waiting for goods on-site.

Default commitments for after-sales service: Remote technical support within the warranty period, random spare parts kits, and engineers can be scheduled to guide installation at major milestones; for distributors and EPC partners, installation training videos and bilingual manuals are provided to resolve on-site issues before operation begins.

Pain Points Solved

For overseas projects, the construction timeline is tight and construction resources are scarce. The cost of separate installation disputes and rework is much higher than that of delivering the transformer as a whole box.
