Product Overview

The SC(B)10 epoxy-resin cast dry-type transformer is manufactured to the Dry-type Power Transformer standard, offering low loss, excellent energy savings, economical operation and freedom from maintenance. Beyond its advanced construction and high short-circuit and lightning-impulse withstand, it is flame-retardant, moisture-proof, dust-proof and low-noise, and can be installed right at the load center.

• Insulation class F; average winding temperature rise ≤ 100K;
• Partial discharge below 10pC;
• Standard version IP00 without enclosure; IP20/IP23 enclosures optional (mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum, pickled-phosphated and powder coated).

Typical Applications

High-rise buildings, airports, stations, ports, power plants and substations — especially premises with strict fire-safety requirements. Temperature controller and load recorder are mounted on the LV side of the enclosure for easy, safe observation.
