The S13-M-1000/10 oil-immersed power transformer features a fully sealed corrugated tank structure. It has a rated capacity of 1000 kVA, a voltage combination of 10.5/0.4 kV, and a wiring type of Dyn11. Designed specifically for the high-temperature, dusty conditions in the Middle East and the typhoon salt spray environment in Southeast Asia, it comes with complete reports for type test, routine test, local discharge, and temperature rise tests.
The product strictly complies with standards such as GB 1094.1-1996, GB/T 6451-2008, and IEC 60076 series. The magnetic circuit is composed of stepped joints formed by high-magnetic-conductivity cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The no-load loss is lower than the industry average for similar capacities; the coils are wound using special winding equipment and pressed with tools, and the short-circuit strength has been specially calculated to adapt to frequent load fluctuations and shock conditions on the power grid side.

For operating conditions in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other regions where temperatures regularly exceed 50°C during summer and there is dust, the product can further enhance its performance within the standard temperature rise margin: increasing the area of cooling fins, adding detachable dust nets, and installing dual-channel online monitoring for oil temperature and winding temperature; the anti-corrosion treatment of the tank surface is selected according to C4/C5 environmental grade, and an upgrade plan for seals is also provided for coastal areas with high salt spray.
In terms of delivery, the S13 series has capacities ranging from 30 to 2500 kVA. Additionally, options include S11, S20, S22, and the first-level energy efficiency series. All models support 10kV/35kV voltage levels. The accompanying documents include factory test reports, routine test records, installation and use manuals, and multilingual nameplates. Orders from regions with a 60Hz power grid, such as the Philippines and Indonesia, will have the working magnetic flux and turns positions re-selected at 60Hz before testing begins.

Quality control spans the entire manufacturing process: the rolled silicon steel is precisely cut on a slitting line, the core assembly is inspected section by section according to the process checklist, the automatic winding machine completes the winding, then it enters the body assembly and VPI (Vacuum Painting) station. Before leaving the factory, routine tests are completed, and type tests and third-party witness tests can be arranged as needed—from material selection to traceable records for each process, all are documented with the goods.
Selection guidance for the same platform: When the load rate is consistently low or energy-saving requirements are strict, it is recommended to evaluate together with the first-level energy efficiency series of S20/S22; for data centers and crowded places, the SCB dry-type route should be chosen. Send the national grid regulations, meteorological parameters, and load curve to the engineering team to obtain a selection recommendation document with temperature rise calculation.
Export delivery is a regular part of this product line: multilingual nameplates, CE and ISO system documents, and test report catalogs are prepared at three levels: bidding, evaluation, and factory visit.
