21 third-party inspection reports are made public: the export technical document chain is further developed

A list of 21 third-party inspection reports covering popular models such as S13-M, SCBH17-NX2, YB pre-installed, and ZGS modular, has been officially released for EPC and distributors to directly refer to in bidding processes.

The company has compiled 21 third-party product inspection reports into a public catalog, covering main models in sale such as oil-immersed (S13-M-1000/10, etc.), dry-type and amorphal alloy (SCBH15/SCBH17-500/10-NX2, SCBH17-2000/10-NX2), pre-assembled substation (YB-12/0.4-2500, YB-40.5/0.69-6500), and wind-power-photovoltaic combined substation (ZGS20-Z·-40.5/0.69-4000).

The usage of the catalog is more important than its quantity: for bidding pre-qualification, the report numbers and test items are directly referenced; during technical review, the inspection conclusions correspond to specific models; after the prototype is confirmed, factory testing is arranged according to the same criteria. By clearly stating "what the report can prove," a lot of clarification discussions can be avoided. The catalog can include additional type tests and third-party witness tests for specific models as needed.

Supporting documents are also made available simultaneously: the technical deviation form template, multilingual nameplate styles, and factory inspection form formats are all prepared according to the actual review formats used by overseas EPC and distributors, allowing them to be directly embedded in bidding and contract attachments.

The most common issue in export projects is an incomplete document chain—placing the report catalog in the pre-qualification document is much more efficient than adding materials during the acceptance phase. For report catalog and template requests: sales@fgtransformer.com.

A practical suggestion: when organizing the 21 reports into a pre-qualification attachment with a structure of "model → test items → conclusions," prioritize placing reports from the same series as the bidding model and indicate differences, which will significantly reduce the questions from the review experts. Our company can provide a template for this organization format.

Teams preparing for bidding or framework agreement negotiations can directly request the report catalog and deviation form template: sales@fgtransformer.com.

Default commitments on after-sales service: remote technical support within the warranty period, random delivery of spare parts kits, and engineers can be scheduled to guide installation at major milestones; for distributors and EPC partners, installation training videos and bilingual manuals are provided to resolve on-site issues before operation begins.

Packaging and transportation follow export practices: the main body is packaged for shock protection, accessories are shipped in wooden boxes, and a packing list and lifting instructions are provided together with the goods; entire containers can be delivered in batches according to project schedules, and the shipping time is provided during the quotation stage to avoid waiting at the site.
