Jiangsu Fengguang Transformer recently completed the supervision and audit of the three systems: quality, environment, and occupational health and safety, and extended the certificate validity period. The quality control and EHS processes cover the entire process, from silicon steel cutting to factory testing.
Recently, the company completed the supervision audits and certification renewals for the ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system, and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety system. It was the first in the industry to pass all three systems. The quality control process covers the entire chain from silicon steel slitting, core assembly, winding, vacuum impregnation (VPI), assembly, to factory test — passing the supervision audit means this process is continuously operating and documented over time, rather than being just a static certificate.
At the same time, the company holds CE product certification, a AAA-level corporate credit rating, an AAA-level Lixin unit, an AAA-level contract-abiding unit, and other 3A credit status. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national energy-saving product promotion enterprise, and a qualified supplier for State Grid and Southern Power Grid. The company has obtained multiple utility model patents and registered trademarks, such as "an oil-impregnated transformer", "a transformer, transformer oil injection system, and oil injection method", "transformer (protective type)", "a dry transformer with a uniform heat dissipation structure", and "a dry transformer".
The practical application of these qualification documents in overseas bidding is very specific: during the pre-bidding stage, a list of certificates and their numbers are provided; during the technical review stage, a summary of system operation records is attached; during the factory inspection stage, the on-site audit route is disclosed. These three levels of detail correspond to three different review scenarios, and none can be omitted.

The most important change during the certification renewal period is turning "passing the supervision audit" into material available to customers: closed-loop records of audit comments, sampling rules for process inspection, and training logs can all be provided as needed during due diligence and factory inspection.
