S13 10kV Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer

S13-M-1000/10 Oil-immersed power transformer, 1000kVA, 10.5/0.4kV, Dyn11 wiring, no-load loss ≤870W, suitable for Middle Eastern high-temperature dust and Southeast Asian salt spray humid environments, provides a full IEC 60076 test report.

The S13-M-1000/10 oil-immersed power transformer adopts a fully sealed bellows oil tank structure, with a rated capacity of 1000 kVA, voltage combination of 10.5/0.4 kV, wiring method Dyn11, specially designed for the Middle East high-temperature dust and Southeast Asian typhoon salt spray environments, and includes complete reports on type tests, routine tests, partial discharge, and temperature rise.

The products strictly comply with GB 1094.1-1996, GB/T 6451-2008, and IEC 60076 series standards. The magnetic circuit is formed by stacking the stepped joints of high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with no-load losses lower than the industry average for the same capacity; The coil is wound with specialized winding equipment and tightly pressed with tooling. The short-circuit strength is specially calculated to adapt to frequent load fluctuations and impact conditions on the grid side.

Key electrical and structural parameters are shown in the parameter table below. All data are sourced from factory inspection and third-party inspection reports, and can be directly referenced for bidding and prequalification.

For working conditions in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other

countries with long-term summer temperatures above 50°C accompanied by dust and sand, the product can further enhance the standard temperature rise margin: increasing the area of the cooling fins, installing a detachable dust screen, and configuring dual-channel online monitoring of oil and winding temperatures; Tank surface corrosion protection is selected according to C4/C5 environmental grades, and coastal high salt spray sites simultaneously provide seal upgrade solutions.

In terms of delivery, the S13 series covers capacities ranging from 30 to 2500 kVA, with additional options for S11, S20, S22, and the Energy Efficiency Level 1 series, offering a full range of 10kV/35kV voltage levels. The included files include factory test reports, routine test records, installation manuals, and multilingual nameplates; For 60Hz grid regions such as the Philippines and Indonesia, the working magnetic density and turn are reselected according to 60Hz and then tested accordingly.

If selection is required based on grid parameters, altitude, and ambient temperature of the project country, please send the technical specifications to the sales@fgtransformer.com. The engineering team will issue a technical deviation table and selection calculation report, supporting non-standard customization and factory inspection visits based on drawings and samples.

Quality control spans the entire manufacturing chain: coiled silicon steel is inspected step by step by section according to process cards for precise slitting and core stacking. After the automatic winding machine completes winding, it enters the assembly and vacuum coating (VPI) station, where routine tests are completed before leaving the factory and type tests and third-party witness can be arranged as needed—from material selection to traceable records of each process, everything is documented with the goods.

Platform selection tip: For periods with long-term low load rates or stricter energy-saving acceptance, it is recommended to evaluate together with the S20/S22 Level 1 energy efficiency series; Data centers and densely populated locations will switch to the SCB dry route. Send the national grid regulations, meteorological parameters, and load curves to the engineering team to obtain a selection proposal with temperature rise accounting.

Export delivery is a daily routine for this product line: multilingual nameplates, CE and ISO system documents, and inspection report catalogs are all available at three granular levels: bidding, review, and factory inspection. Packaging and transportation are designed with both full container and split package schemes, with island logistics and lifting conditions incorporated into the boundary during the detailed drawing stage. The quality control foundation of National High-Tech Enterprises, National Energy-saving Product Promotion Enterprises, and qualified suppliers of State Grid/China Southern Power Grid also serves the review schedule of overseas projects.

Pain Points Solved

Under the high temperatures of sandstorms in the Middle East and typhoons and salt spray in Southeast Asia, ordinary oil-immersed transformers suffer from insufficient heat dissipation and inadequate corrosion protection, with temperature rise and aging risks combined.

Key Features
