The challenges of boost transformers for new energy sites lie not in capacity but in operating conditions: harmonics and impact currents on the inverter side, drastic fluctuations in load day and night, and the site being located in a hot, sandy environment or an island setting. These three factors make "choosing a single boost transformer" equivalent to "designing a system that fits perfectly." This solution is structured in three layers: "boost voltage," "adaptation," and "delivery."

The adaptation layer ensures impedance matching for the inverter and low-harmonic winding design, with temperature rise calculated based on the worst-case load curve. The boost voltage ranges from 10–35kV, and both oil-filled (S13/S20/ZGS American type) and dry-type (SCB/SCBH) options are selected according to the site's fire protection and space constraints. The energy storage PCS boost scenario also provides assessments of loss and overheating under frequent charging and discharging conditions.

The delivery layer supports batch production of 50 units, random spare parts kits, and installation and commissioning documents. It provides weekly production schedules in conjunction with EPC milestones. We have participated in multiple overseas photovoltaic power plants and wind farm grid connection projects, and are familiar with EPC services in Vietnam, Indonesia, as well as new energy grid connection projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Regarding full life-cycle costs, the solution provides loss calculations and spare parts recommendations based on the selected model. Since the site is remote, downtime due to spare parts delays can often exceed the cost of the spare parts themselves. The random spare parts kit is configured in two levels: vulnerable and critical items.

Rearranging the grid connection schedule and prioritizing document review mean that any clarification process on the equipment side can delay the critical path. Therefore, the quotation for this solution includes all necessary components: selection calculation, deviation report, and test plan, aiming to reduce the clarification period to within one round.

Hidden costs during operation are also included in the solution: the availability of spare parts and replacement speed at remote sites determine downtime losses. The random spare parts kit is configured in two levels: vulnerable and critical, and a delivery time commitment is provided. Future expansions are designed with reserved interfaces for ring networks, so Phase II will not override Phase I.

Among the over 50 projects delivered in more than 50 countries and regions, common applications of this configuration include high-temperature power grids in the Gulf, coastal industries and microgrids in Southeast Asia, and power supply in mining areas and towns in Africa. Default commitments for after-sales service include remote technical support within the warranty period, random vulnerable spare parts kits, and engineers can be scheduled to guide installation at key nodes. For distributors and EPC partners, installation training videos and bilingual manuals are provided to resolve on-site issues before operation begins.

The third-party inspection reports and CE/ISO system documents corresponding to this series can be provided with the quotation. The pre-qualification for bidding directly references these documents. For markets with energy efficiency and noise regulations, actual measurement comparison tables are prepared according to local standards.
